The MIS claims management process allows the claims handler to have immediate access to a Broker's underwriting records, employing any of the common IT systems ie. Relay and Misys.
The client relates details of the accident to the claims handler which enables them to complete an electronic accident report form, which is automatically sent to the Insurer and Broker.
The Brokers screen records are updated on an ongoing basis allowing them to track the the process of the claim. Furthermore,the Broker receives a monthly report which provides a breakdown of claims allocated against his account, firstly, by class of claim and secondly by Insurer.
